All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
Domestic Shipping
2-12 business days
For orders within the United States
International Shipping
7-21 business days
For orders outside the United States
Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with various shipping carriers including USPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide reliable and cost-effective shipping options.
The carrier and shipping method for your order will be selected based on your location, package size, and delivery speed requirements.
4. Shipping Costs
Absolutely Free Shipping unless you stay at very remote locations like the Macquarie Island in Tasmania, Australia.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 4 business days, please contact us at help@flyingsword.shop.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply due to:
- Local import regulations
- Customs restrictions
- Carrier limitations
If we're unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at help@flyingsword.shop.

International customers are responsible for:

These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
